Hi Steve! Thank you for sharing the post, I'm glad I inspired you. There's a lot to think about there. I think just being a role model and holding yourself to a certain standard can, at the very least, make others pause and question why they do things in a certain way. But I do find that verbalizing those standards does often feel like being a bit condescending... It's a hard line to balance!
